We warmly invite you to join us for an evening of sharing food, tasting and conversation.

Ten different vegetarian dishes will be served, created as part of the Modular Kitchen project. The recipes – developed by Liliana Escalhão – are based on regional and seasonal vegetables from Portugal and are adapted here using local ingredients, with variations and, in some cases, new interpretations.

This shared tasting is part of a collaborative research process called Modularküche, which combines culinary and drawing practices. We would like to eat together, try the dishes and exchange ideas about food and vegetable cultures, bridging the gap between two places and contexts.

The dishes will be arranged on ten large plates and shared among the group.
